How to Initiate a Return

  3. Ship It Back: Print the label, pack the item securely, and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Want to exchange your item? Just follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at mysticmagus.designs@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Additional Notes

  • Processing Time for Returns: Items sent back to suppliers may take a few extra days for inspection and processing. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
